Class Policy

1. Lesson Attendance and Recordings:
1.1. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, you can catch up by watching a recording of the class.
2. Class Scheduling:
2.1. In months that contain five weeks, there will be no lesson during the fifth week.
2.2. If a lesson falls on a Singapore public holiday, we will schedule a makeup lesson either within the same week or the following week. We’ll confirm the exact date at least one week in advance. If you are unable to attend the makeup lesson, you will have access to a recorded version.
3. Security Deposit:
3.1. When you register, we require a security deposit equivalent to four weeks of lessons. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. It will be used to cover the fees for your last month of classes upon receipt of your withdrawal notice.
3.2. Please notify us 30 days in advance if you would like to cancel your subscription of classes with us.
