Ava is a parenting coach at The Curious Mama. She journeys with parents to build a life they love, and raise curious & confident children (without bribing, yelling or hitting) - so that they can experience peace & joy in life and parenting.

She runs 1:1 coaching, mama circles, online trainings, and a membership called Connected. She is a certified Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, and is trained in various certifications & courses in Neuroscience, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory - which has helped her clients to build greater understanding of themselves & their child, and enjoy parenting more.
