Class Policy

1. Rescheduling:
If you cannot make it to a class, you can either review the lesson recording or reschedule for another class in the same week. If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 3 days beforehand so our admin team can make the necessary arrangements for you.
2. Singapore Public Holidays:
For lessons that fall on public holidays in Singapore, a makeup class will be scheduled. We will inform you of the date and time of the makeup class.
3. Months with 5th Week:
We do not run any classes on the 5th week as we run 4 lessons per month. We will be sending you a reminder beforehand.
4. Vacation and Holidays:
To account for students going on vacation, you can pause your classes for a maximum of 1 month per year. Please inform us 1 month beforehand so our admin team can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Billing Policy

1. Auto-Recurring Billing:
1.1. Please note that you will be billed automatically every month / quarter / half-year / year, depending on your plan, to reserve your child's seat in the class. If you decide to stop joining our classes, let us know, and we will cancel the billing on our end.

1.2. Upon cancellation, your child will lose their slot in our class when your billing cycle ends.
2. No-Refund Policy:
All fees for our classes are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to payment.
