When can I get 1000 Robux?
Whenever you've collected 10 tickets in total, you can exchange it for 1000 robux.

Can I collect more than 10 tickets and exchange for more robux?
Yes you can! If you collected 20 tickets in total, you can exchange it for 1000 robux twice or 2000 robux in total.
Do the tickets expire?
Yes. We will restart everyone's ticket number at the end of each month. So collect your tickets and exchange them for Robux with us before the month ends.
Where can I see how many tickets I have collected so far?
Message us on WhatsApp and share with us your parent account email and your child's Roblox username. We'll update you on how many tickets your child has collected so far.
